Information you provide

When you submit a form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message type, and message. Please do not send sensitive medical, financial, or account information through a general contact form.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to you, handle prayer requests or testimonies as directed, support ministry operations, protect the website, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Public comments

If you leave a comment, we collect only the display name and comment text you submit. Approved comments and display names are shown publicly with the teaching or page. Please do not include email addresses, phone numbers, or other private information. We do not request or store a commenter email address, raw IP address, browser user agent, profile URL, avatar, or anti-bot token.

All new comments are reviewed before publication. Approved comments are retained with the related content. Pending comments are removed after 90 days, and rejected or spam comments are removed after 30 days. Short-lived, one-way security keys used for rate limiting and duplicate prevention expire automatically and cannot identify a visitor without the private server key.

Service providers

Trusted providers may process limited information on our behalf for website hosting, content management, email delivery, security, and—when enabled—hosted donations or newsletter delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a short-lived anti-bot challenge for comment and newsletter forms; its token is verified and not stored by Deshen Ministries. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate administrative or legal needs. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to any required retention.
